This stretch sofa cover gives a tired 3 seater or 2 seater sofa, settee or armchair a fresh new look in minutes. The one-piece couch cover is made from soft jacquard fabric with a subtle small-check pattern and pulls over the back, arms and seat for a snug, tailored fit.

Which size do I need?
Measure from the outside of one arm to the outside of the other and use the size guide above. If you are close to the edge of a range, email info@ocves.co.uk with your measurement and we will help you choose.
Does it cover the seat?
Yes. It is one piece that covers the back, arms and seat; the extra fabric tucks in around the seat.
Is it waterproof?
No. The fabric is not waterproof, so wipe up spills promptly and machine wash the cover as needed.
What if it does not fit?
You can return it within 30 days of delivery.

1. Processing & Dispatch Times
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) will aim to be dispatched on the same working day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer fully tracked shipping across the UK mainland via reliable local couriers (such as Royal Mail / Evri / DPD).

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can track your parcel's journey to your doorstep at any time.
4. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@ocves.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. We extend this to 30 days. To start a return, email info@ocves.co.uk with your order number. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition of returned items
You are welcome to try a cover on your furniture to check the fit. Please return items clean, with any tags and the original packaging if possible. If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Return postage
If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will send you a free return label or refund your postage.
Refunds
We will refund the price you paid, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back or receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is sooner. If you return only part of an order, we refund the items you return but not the delivery charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After that, we will repair, replace or refund it.
Sale items
Sale and discounted items have the same return rights as full-price items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
