Thank you for shopping at OCVES. We are proud to be a UK-based brand, and all orders are stocked locally and dispatched directly from our UK warehouse. No overseas shipping, no hidden customs fees — just fast, reliable local delivery.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) will aim to be dispatched on the same working day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer fully tracked shipping across the UK mainland via reliable local couriers (such as Royal Mail / Evri / DPD).

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@ocves.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
